Light aradius property for spotlight

Description

add a .radius which defaults to 180, but when set otherwise, enables it as a spotlight

[1142] added this, but the direction of the spotlight and the focus value are unset.

I believe the focus value could be a simplified expodent based on the radius, or the radius property folded into focus? More thought/discussion may be needed for this
