Description
We need to get pysoy.org looking less generic. At minimum links need to be "soy green" or "soy brown", the logo (#959) updated, and the main navigation bar vertical and on the side. The site should be usable without horizontal scrolling at 800 width.
To complete this ticket, the following parts of the site should look well integrated with the same look and style:
