I'm the founder of the Copyleft Games Group, a non-profit organization which serves as an umbrella for projects such as PySoy and games based on it.  We're somewhere between the [http://conservancy.softwarefreedom.org/ Software Freedom Conservancy] and a small business incubator for copyleft game projects to effectively market and distribute their work through commercial channels.
